The terms for using BeyDock and the BeyDock app during early access.

Effective: October 11, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Beyler LLC ("we", "us"). They apply to your use of BeyDock (the "Site") and the BeyDock application and related software we provide (the "App"), together the "Services".

Acceptance

By using the Site, requesting early access, or installing or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you use them on behalf of an organization, you confirm you can bind it to these terms.

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, and at least 16 years old.

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal information and cookies. They are not part of this agreement, but please read them.

Early access

BeyDock is in early access and is not yet generally available or on sale. You understand that:

  • the App is pre-release software and may contain bugs, lose data, change behavior or stop working without notice;
  • features, pricing and these terms may change, and some features may be removed;
  • we do not guarantee that the Services, or access to them, will be available, uninterrupted or ever released commercially;
  • we may limit, suspend or end early access for anyone at any time;
  • you should keep backups of anything important and not rely on the App for critical work.

If you give us feedback, ideas or suggestions, you allow us to use them freely, without obligation or payment to you, to improve the Services. We do not claim ownership of your content or code (see below), only of the feedback itself.

License to use the app

Subject to these terms, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Macs you own or control, for your own personal or internal business purposes, during early access.

You agree not to:

  • copy, sell, rent, lease, sublicense or redistribute the App, or make it available to others, except as we expressly allow;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App or try to extract its source code, except to the extent applicable law allows this despite this restriction;
  • remove or change any notices, branding or protections in the App;
  • use the App to build a competing product, or to harm the App or our systems;
  • use the App in breach of law or of these terms.

We and our licensors keep all rights in the App not expressly granted to you. The App includes open source components that are covered by their own licenses, which apply to those components.

Your accounts with AI providers

BeyDock does not provide AI models. It runs coding agents using your own accounts with third-party providers, such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and the providers available through OpenCode.

You are responsible for:

  • having the right to use those accounts and for keeping your credentials safe;
  • complying with each provider's terms, usage policies and rate limits, including any rules on automated or shared use of an account;
  • all usage, fees, quotas and costs that those accounts incur, including usage by agents that BeyDock starts on your behalf (for example sub-agents or scheduled workflows);
  • the content you send to providers and how they handle it.

We are not a party to your relationship with any provider and are not responsible for their services, outages, changes, pricing or decisions about your account.

Your content and code

You keep all rights in your code, files, prompts and other content ("Your Content"). We do not receive Your Content unless you choose to send it to us, because the App runs on your Mac and talks to providers directly.

BeyDock lets AI agents read and change files and run commands on your Mac and on SSH hosts you add. You are responsible for:

  • what agents do in your repositories, on your machines and on your servers;
  • choosing permission modes and approving or rejecting each action;
  • reviewing every change, command and diff before you accept, merge, push or deploy it;
  • keeping secrets and sensitive data out of places where agents should not reach, and keeping backups;
  • complying with laws and with the rights of others in anything you create or process with the App.

AI output can be wrong, insecure or infringing. Treat it as a suggestion that you must check.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
  • attack, probe or gain unauthorized access to systems, networks or accounts, including those of other people or of the providers;
  • create or spread malware, or run agents against targets you are not authorized to test;
  • misuse the Site, for example by scraping it at scale, overloading it, or sending spam through the early access form;
  • try to bypass limits, security measures or access controls of the Services or of any provider;
  • give false information when requesting access.

Third-party services

The Services work with or link to third-party services, including AI providers, GitHub, MCP servers, SSH hosts, Cloudflare and others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES, INCLUDING EARLY ACCESS SOFTWARE, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE SECURE, WILL NOT LOSE OR DAMAGE DATA, OR THAT THE OUTPUT OF ANY AI AGENT WILL BE CORRECT OR SAFE.

Some places do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Beyler LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR BUSINESS, OR FOR COSTS OF REPLACEMENT, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. THIS INCLUDES LOSSES CAUSED BY AGENT ACTIONS, FILE CHANGES, COMMANDS, THIRD-PARTY CHARGES OR PROVIDER ACCOUNT ACTIONS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND 100 US DOLLARS. DURING EARLY ACCESS, WHICH IS FREE, THAT MEANS 100 US DOLLARS.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Termination

You can stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the App and deleting your data from your Mac. We may suspend or end your access, or end early access, at any time, with or without notice, for example if you breach these terms or if we stop offering the App.

When your license ends, you must stop using the App. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as those on feedback, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law, will continue after termination.

Changes

We may change these terms, for example when BeyDock leaves early access or adds paid plans. We will update the effective date and, for material changes, give notice on the Site or in the App. If you keep using the Services after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, stop using them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Beyler LLC is established, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of that place have jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own country or to rely on its mandatory rules.
